I was born and raised in Palmer, Alaska, both running and nordic skiing competitively. After some success nordic skiing in high school including a few Junior National podiums and All-Americans, I landed at the University of Alaska Anchorage skiing at the NCAA D1 level. During my time here I discovered my true passion of trail running, and decided that is where I wanted to put all my training and racing efforts. Over the last couple years I have found success on the trails in a wide range of distances from 6 miles to 62 miles. I love the freedom of the sport and the adventures it allows me to have!
