Jill
My name is Jill. Since 1997 I have been a certified practitioner and instructor of Isometric Muscle and Body Balancing and a nationally certified Licensed Massage Therapist since 2000. For over two decades I have been using and taking Continuing Education in order to master and refine my technique in a unique form of medical massage that provides recovery and healing from chronic pain, injuries, post-surgery issues, and more. Isometric Muscle and Body Balancing offers full-body maintenance and takes a lot of work, both on the part of the massage therapist and some on the part of the client. I am passionate about my work, and every client receives personalized and customized care in each session. I have always had a passion for helping others by working in the medical field. I started out as a paramedic and then moved into working as a Physical Therapist Aid in a fast-paced, intense physical therapy unit for 6 years beginning in 1989. But in 1995 I found myself being the one in need. That year I became disabled after a serious injury to my right arm. I was unable to move my arm at all and was in excruciating pain. I went to many doctors and physical therapists but never received any comfort from the pain, and no function of my arm. After three and a half years in this state I became so desperate that I began begging one of my doctors to cut my arm off! At this point I heard about a retired massage therapist who had owned and operated her own massage school for 50 years and was using a special technique. During the first treatment, I was able to move my arm again and the pain improved. And slowly after more treatments, the pain went away completely! After that first treatment, I realized that this therapist knows something. After three and a half years of extreme suffering miraculously improved during my first treatment. I wanted to be a part of this. With the desire to help others as I had been helped, the very next weekend my husband Fred and I began class instruction by this therapist for this technique. With my medical background, desire to help, and personal experience I became a fast and outstanding student. Treating clients and medical professionals with this technique for the past 20+ years has made me an expert in this field. People have traveled from many different states (including Hawaii) to come to me for treatments in order to find relief from a vast array of problems including MS, MD, strokes, brain injuries, RSD and isolated muscle/joint problems, to name just a few. I have also treated NBA, NFL and Olympic professionals, as well as semiprofessionals in golf, tennis, and baseball for sports injuries and to improve performance. I have practiced and taught Isometric Muscle and Body Balancing in many states, trying to spread the wonderful benefits and knowledge of this technique, including Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and North Carolina. I am happy to be a part of this team getting everyone back on their feet. I specialize in neuromuscular facilitation pnf stretching, instructor of isometrics, lymphatic drainage, decompression cupping, sports massage, Swedish and therapeutic massage.

Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa Mills. My massage journey started in 2006. I was in an auto accident that totaled my car and left me in recovery for eleven and a half months. While working with a chiropractor and a massage therapist I discovered how living with daily pain challenges you. However, I was continually amazed while observing my healing process. 15+ years later my enthusiasm to help others improve their daily lives through massage and educating my clients is stronger than ever. I use my years of experience in massage and my own first-hand recovery experience to ensure each massage treatment is designed for you to receive the greatest benefit!
