Sarah – LMT, CMLDT
Sarah is a lifelong Alaskan whose fascination with healing the body and the need to help people, prompted her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Sarah graduated from The Alaska Learning Institute of Massage Therapy in 2006. She then went on to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from UAA and became a Certified Health Coach from IIN. Sarah believes that overall health is important, so naturally, nutrition and muscles go hand in hand. Sarah enjoys working with patients and finding out their body responds to nutritional needs. Her specialties include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Graston Technique, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, and Craniosacral Technique.
When Sarah is not at work her other passions in life include spending time with her family, baking/cooking, traveling, being outside, and enjoying time with her friends.
Diane
Diane has been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. She graduated in 2005 from Alaska Career College. She loves doing therapy to help patients achieve an all-over feeling of body awareness from pain relief to relaxation. Diane is trained in Lupus, Fibromyalgia, TMJ, headaches, sciatica, neck, arms legs and her favorite: feet. Her techniques include Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger Point, Swedish, prenatal, Graston, sports massage, cupping, and soon will be certified in Craniosacral.
Kelsey
Kelsey has been practicing massage therapy since 2012. She specializes in therapeutic massage as well as educating her clients to provide self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. Modalities she specializes in include prenatal, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, soft tissue manipulation/stretching, injury rehabilitation, and reflexology. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to resolve chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, torticolis, and sciatica, among other issues. Kelsey is excellent at adjusting each massage to the individual client’s needs.
Andre
Andre is a talented and motivated massage therapist who is always seeking growth and knowledge. Andre is well-rounded and has been gaining a diverse skillset that makes him a welcome new addition to the team! In 2014 he seized the opportunity to complete the Southern California Health Institute’s Massage, Physical Therapy Aide, and Sports Rehab Program. Since then, he went on to complete his NAT Certification for Trigger Point Therapy, Vacuum Cupping Therapy, Frozen Shoulder Treatment Program, Muscle Energy Technique, and the Niel Asher Technique for treating chronic neck problem and injuries.
